Who We Are
Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in 2000, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch North Avenue & Hilton Street Business and Community Task Force. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits.

We strive to strengthen individual and community sustainability by addressing social, economic, and environmental challenges within our West Baltimore boundaries and ecosystem. Our focused and collaborative approach is to develop and maintain safe and affordable housing, thriving businesses, crime deterrence, healthy green environments, and partnerships that promote retention and yield tangible quality of life outcomes.
